most might want something witty and profound in beginning an online thought dumpster in order that it (this first entry) might be memorialized in some way. i suppose it may be cathartic to return to my first post and muse again on my naivete. but instead of trying too hard to be clever (of which, often i am guilty), i will offer a prayer:
our Father in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name;
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven;
give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil.
may Your will be done on earth even as it is in heaven!
